MONDAY 9:00am - 10:00am CLASS DESCRIPTION
This class combines a cardio segment with strength and flexibility. A typical class consists of a 10-minute warm-up to increase the heart rate, a cardio workout lasts 35 minutes, the class finishes with abdominal work or body toning and a stretch.
